Title: When was the last time you asked: “Why?”

Why are some organizations successful performers when other very similar organizations are marginal performers at best? The answer is simple. Successful organizations constantly reinvent themselves by questioning the status quo.

In today’s business environment change is the only constant. Organizations that regularly – if not constantly – engage themselves in self-reflection and self-improvement are the organizations that stand the greatest chance of both success and survival in today’s hyper-competitive, pandemic infused marketplace.

A forward-looking organization must be asking themselves tough questions about what they want to be, what trends are affecting their business, how to establish, re-establish and reach goals, what’s the best possible way of getting things done and of more immediate concern, how to survive during a global pandemic.

Successful organizations must be both future-oriented and action-driven. Quite simply put, today every organization must be in two businesses at the same time – their day-to-day, or “core” business and the “change” business.

This presentation provides leaders and managers of organizations of all types with practical advice and techniques for engaging in continuous self-reflection and self-improvement intended to keep their organizations laser-focused, lean and relevant in the emerging post-pandemic world.

Recorded: February 4, 2021

Title: Gaining Traction in your Business

If you are the owner or leader of an entrepreneurial organization who wants to see your business consistently run better and grow faster, Beckie Hayes and EOS® can help you and your team clarify, simplify, and achieve your vision.

Even the most successful entrepreneurs occasionally find running a business more challenging than they expected. Many work longer hours and get less return on their investment of time and money than they would like. Most entrepreneurs regularly grapple with one or more of the following challenges:

Lack of control – over time, the market, or the company

People – don’t listen, understand or follow through

Profit – there’s not enough of it

Growth – is okay, but they just can’t seem to break through to the next level

Quick Fixes – that come-and-go, bringing little change with continued frustrations

If these problems seem all too familiar, you’re not alone. It doesn’t have to be that way. Beckie’s interactive style and experience-based real-world insight makes this an eye-opening event for growth-oriented business leaders.

At the conclusion of this complimentary presentation, you will walk away with a set of simple, practical tools that you and your leadership team will use immediately to focus on priorities, get clear on issues and gain traction together, as a healthier leadership team. Don’t let the company run you – get a grip on your business.

Recorded: November 5, 2020

Join us on Thursday, December 5th for Naperville Business Network’s monthly networking event, with guest speaker Bill Bartlett. His talk will discuss 13 Blind Spots That Hold Business Growth Hostage.

The Road To Organizational Excellence: Avoid the 13 Blind Spots that Hold Growth Hostage

A way to determine the hidden obstacles that may be hindering business growth

A way to test the impact of the 13 Blind Spots on your business

A success profile for an “excellent” business and a strategy to move from “better than most” to Excellent

The differences that separate well-managed from average and at-risk businesses

The 6 P’s of an Excellent business: Planning, Positions, People, Processes, Performetrics and Passion

Blind Spots can adversely affect you or any leader within your organization, regardless of industry or size of your company. They’re easy to miss – and they’re capable of causing immense damage to your success without ever being noticed.

Most leaders are passionate about their business, and if they had better ideas for how to grow their company, they would use them. They really do want to move their company into the top rank … but they have learned first-hand that just wanting that is not enough. They work very, very hard … but after a while, they realize that, no matter how hard they work, something important seems to be missing, and they’re not quite sure what that something is. They’ve fallen prey to the “Blind Spots Syndrome” – they don’t know what they don’t know about the obstacles they face.

Drivers are trained to keep their eyes on the road ahead as well as check what’s happening around them. Leaders must do the same. Like drivers, they must be aware of the blind spots that prevent them from seeing what’s alongside as well as what might be on the road ahead. In this workshop, Bill Bartlett identifies the most common blind spots and strategies so leaders and entrepreneurs who are always striving for excellence can be even more successful.

About Bill Bartlett:

Bill Bartlett is the founder and president of Corporate Strategies & Solutions Inc., a Sandler Training Center. He is a critically-acclaimed coach and facilitator who excels at identifying core challenges and implementing growth strategies that are transformative in their depth.

Join us on Thursday, December 5th for the opportunity to network with other business leaders in the Naperville area. We look forward to you joining us for coffee and donuts, networking, and an opportunity to grow your business with our guest speaker, Bill Bartlett.
